About the role#
Bracco is hiring a Product Support Engineering Co-op to work with our Operations team in Eden Prairie. You will report to a Product Support Engineer and assist with medical devices used by interventional cardiologists. This position is a full-time, paid role available for rotations during the Spring, Summer, or Fall of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Develop service instructions and technical procedures.
- Build internal test devices for use by the engineering team.
- Analyze product repair information to identify trends.
- Execute testing protocols and prepare detailed reports.
- Support the development of new products from a service perspective.
- Participate in brainstorming and problem-solving sessions.
- Assist with technical writing and the creation of training videos.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering program.
- Completion of sophomore and junior year coursework.
- Moderate to high proficiency with computers, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Location & details#
- This role is located on-site in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
- The schedule is 40 hours per week.
- We are looking for candidates to commit to a 2 to 3 semester rotation.
- No relocation or housing assistance is provided for this position.
