About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain corporate experience within the Hubbell manufacturing environment. You will focus on the Quality Management System internal audit program. The role involves analyzing audit procedures, findings, and historical data to identify compliance trends. You will work to standardize tools and improve corrective action tracking.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate and improve the internal audit program for the Quality Management System.
- Analyze audit findings, procedures, and corrective actions.
- Develop KPIs and build a dashboard to improve visibility and audit readiness.
- Standardize audit tools and strengthen tracking processes.
- Present your project outcomes to the local management team at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Familiarity with QMS, ISO 9001, and root cause analysis.

- Compensation: Paid position ($22.50 to $29.00 per hour).
