    About the role#

    This is a 10 to 12-week summer internship based in Hamilton, Ohio. You will support manufacturing operations by working on projects that add value to the business. The program provides an opportunity to gain corporate experience and develop technical skills relevant to your major.

    What you'll do#

    • Document critical tooling knowledge using Inventor and AutoCAD.
    • Advance Lean initiatives and develop standard work.
    • Create sustainable processes and documentation.
    • Work on comprehensive projects and assist with process improvement.
    • Manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Present your work to the local management team at the end of the program.

    What you'll need#

    • Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration.
    • A minimum 3.0 GPA.
    • Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.

    • Term: Summer 2027.
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Compensation: $22.50 to $29.00 per hour, depending on academic standing and expected graduation date.
    • Employment type: Full-time.
