About the role#
The HUB International Internship Program is a full-time, paid opportunity designed for students to gain hands-on experience in the insurance brokerage industry. You will rotate through various teams, including Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Employee Benefits, and Retirement & Private Wealth. This 10-week program focuses on developing your professional skills through mentorship, workshops, and direct involvement in business projects.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to support clients and communities.
- Manage policies, endorsements, renewals, and data, while assisting in claims processing.
- Analyze United States insurance markets and regional trends.
- Participate in training sessions to build industry knowledge.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and project updates.
What you'll need#
- Current college student with a graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Enthusiasm to learn about the insurance industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Collaborative mindset with a desire to help others.
- Capability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
