About the role#
The HUB International Internship Program offers college students hands-on experience within the insurance brokerage industry. This full-time, paid summer program is designed to provide exposure to various career paths while you work alongside experienced professionals. You will participate in workshops and training sessions to build your skills and professional network.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to support client needs.
- Manage policies, endorsements, and renewals.
- Perform data management tasks and assist in claims processing.
- Analyze United States insurance markets and regional trends.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current college student with a graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive attitude and an interest in learning about the insurance industry.
- Ability to work both as a collaborative team player and independently.
