About the role#
The SalesEDGE Rotational Internship is a 24-month, year-round program beginning in November 2026. You will complete two 12-month rotations across HP Commercial Organization sales teams. The program provides hands-on experience with the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline management, and account planning. You will work alongside experienced sales professionals, receive mentorship, and participate in professional development. This role is intended for conversion to a full-time position, contingent on performance and business needs.
What you'll do#
- Support HP Commercial sales teams through customer outreach, pipeline development, and sales operations.
- Assist with pipeline and forecast responsibilities following established business processes.
- Work under the supervision of experienced sales representatives on lead management and opportunity development.
- Develop account strategies and sales motions to maximize client value.
- Collaborate with field sales, presales, and product specialists to support complex deals.
- Assist with product selection, demonstrations, responding to requests for proposals, and updating sales catalogs.
- Identify opportunities to expand business within accounts and plan account growth with partners.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a four-year degree program, entering or in your 3rd year of a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, communications, liberal arts, or a related field.
- Ability to obtain work authorization in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply digital solutions in daily workflows.
- Confidence in adopting emerging tools and technologies, specifically AI, to drive decisions and customer interactions.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Proactive and self-motivated work style.

- Compensation: $21.85 to $30.04 per hour, depending on experience and location.
