About the role#
Join our Financial Planning & Analysis team in Pittsburgh for a 12-week summer internship in 2027. You will work on real-world challenges, support senior management reviews, and contribute to company-wide financial planning and analytics. This is a full-time, paid position that offers a mix of hybrid and remote work.
What you'll do#
- Automate and streamline business analysis and reporting processes.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for senior management.
- Maintain critical source files for accurate data collection.
- Support system improvement projects within the FP&A function.
- Analyze financial performance, including P&L, forecasts, and plans, to identify deviations.
- Evaluate markets, products, and customer profitability to suggest business improvements.
- Synthesize complex data into presentations and actionable recommendations.
- Build a professional network across different company segments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program for Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or Mathematics.
- Expected graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Participation in at least one extracurricular activity, plus demonstrated work, research, or internship experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of financial reporting, including P&L, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow.
- Experience with financial or data analytics and Hyperion Queries.
- Power BI skills are a plus.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (visa sponsorship is not available).
Location & details#
- Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Pay: $20 - $22 per hour.
- Relocation: A $3,600 stipend is available for students living more than 50 miles from the internship site.
