About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience within our consumer packaged goods team. You will work on projects that support real business initiatives, helping to manage our brands and drive consumer engagement. This is a full-time, temporary role lasting 10-12 weeks during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Work with brand managers to build and carry out brand strategies and annual plans.
- Support product innovation, including concept development and consumer testing.
- Review consumer insights, market data, and competitive trends to help guide brand decisions.
- Assist in creating integrated marketing campaigns for digital, retail, and experiential channels.
- Prepare and present brand performance updates and strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams.
What you'll need#
- You must be a student graduating in August 2027, December 2027, or May 2028.
- Enrollment in a Marketing, Professional Selling, Business Administration, or relevant degree program is required.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States. We do not provide employer sponsorship for work visas.

- This is an on-site position. You will be based in Austin, Minnesota, Chicago, Illinois, or Bedminster, New Jersey.
- This role is paid and full-time, typically requiring 40 hours per week.
