About the role#
Winnebago Industries is hiring a Marketing Intern for the Summer 2027 term. You will work on-site in Clearwater, Florida, gaining hands-on experience in product launches, digital marketing, and brand development. This is a full-time, paid internship where you will contribute to projects reaching customers in the RV, marine, specialty vehicle, and energy markets.
What you'll do#
- Create content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and other digital channels.
- Support product launches by helping build product pages, data sheets, presentations, and sales tools.
- Help plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, customer events, and training sessions.
- Develop and edit marketing collateral like one-pagers, signage, and digital assets.
- Research competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Track marketing performance, leads, and campaign results.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Engineering, and Marketing teams on various initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Junior or Senior standing is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments while staying organized and detail-oriented.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to ask questions and take ownership of tasks.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing concepts.
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, as is previous internship or project experience.
