About the role#
Join the Retail Sales and Marketing team at Broan-NuTone to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. You will work on real business challenges that influence data analytics and our end customers. This position offers exposure to multiple business disciplines, providing opportunities to develop skills in project management, data analysis, and process improvement while receiving mentorship from company leaders.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to projects that drive operational excellence, improved forecasting, and order fulfillment.
- Research and analyze processes to provide recommendations on best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on various sales and marketing initiatives.
- Take ownership of assigned projects from the planning phase through execution.
- Support team priorities and strategic initiatives as business needs evolve.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team.
- Demonstrated professionalism, dependability, and attention to detail.
- Previous internship, project, campus leadership, or relevant coursework is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Hartford, Wisconsin.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 1, 2027, through August 20, 2027).
- Modality: Hybrid (Monday through Thursday in person, Friday remote).
- Status: Full-time internship (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: This is a paid position.
