About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. You will support daily operations, project work, and process improvement initiatives. You will work alongside our engineering team to contribute to real business goals and develop practical skills in your field.
What you'll do#
- Investigate manufacturability and equipment issues, then propose and validate solutions.
- Create Autonomous Maintenance documentation for automated equipment, including safety requirements and task frequency.
- Assist in the review and implementation of Standard Work, such as process sheets and checklists.
- Perform time studies using established methodologies.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost savings on the factory and warehouse floor.
- Collaborate with team members on improvement projects and contribute ideas to enhance team effectiveness.
- Maintain professionalism and attention to detail in all tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Engineering degree program, preferably Manufacturing or Mechanical, with Junior or Senior status.
- Proficiency in CREO software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret data to make improvement recommendations.
- Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A collaborative approach to working with teammates, suppliers, and customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

- Term: Summer 2027 (June 1, 2027, to August 20, 2027).
- Modality: Full-time, on-site.
- This is a paid internship position.
