About the role#
The Aspire Commercial Internship Program is a 14-week, full-time opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in marketing. You will work within a category team to drive initiatives that create value and contribute to sales goals. This role involves managing strategic projects and engaging with cross-functional partners across the business.
What you'll do#
- Lead one or more strategic projects and present your final results to the executive leadership team.
- Research industry data and market trends to validate consumer preferences and competitive advantages.
- Develop new product innovations and category strategies based on sales data and insights.
- Support marketing outreach, planning, and customer-facing activities.
- Recommend pricing and promotional strategies to improve sales performance.
- Collaborate with teams in supply chain, finance, manufacturing, design, eCommerce, and consumer insights.
- Set performance goals and meet project deadlines with support from a mentor.
- Participate in company-sponsored training and intern events.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student majoring in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with junior or senior standing preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and interact professionally with all levels of leadership.
- Prior experience in marketing is a plus.

- Term: Summer 2027 (14 weeks).
