About the role#
This New Grad Engineer I position is open exclusively to current or former HNTB interns. You will join the SED Division to work on infrastructure projects, assisting with design calculations, technical reports, and engineering plans. This is a full-time, paid role available for the Winter or Summer 2027 terms.
What you'll do#
- Complete assigned tasks within established project schedules.
- Prepare and modify project reports, plans, designs, and calculations.
- Assist with the creation of project quantity and cost estimates.
- Support engineering teams with research, data collection, field investigations, and design development.
- Help organize and manage project design files.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Previous experience as an HNTB intern.
- A solid understanding of engineering principles relevant to your discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with MicroStation or AutoCAD software.
