About the role#
As a Human Resources Intern at Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort & Spa, you will support the HR team while contributing to the overall guest and employee experience. This role involves balancing administrative duties with direct service, ensuring that both applicants and team members receive professional assistance.
What you'll do#
- Welcome and assist guests, applicants, and team members with prompt and courteous service.
- Handle daily administrative tasks including word processing, data entry, filing, and copying.
- Manage communications such as phone calls, emails, and mail processing.
- Coordinate meetings and manage travel bookings for HR department managers.
- Assist with departmental initiatives and various ad-hoc assignments.

- Current pursuit of a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.

Location & details#
- This position is based on-site in San Antonio, Texas.
