About the role#
This 12-month internship program provides professional experience within the Hilton Finance Team. You will join a group responsible for global financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management. The program runs from June 1, 2027, to June 2, 2028. Interns receive $24.00 per hour plus a one-time $2,500.00 stipend.
What you'll do#
- Take ownership of impactful projects and participate in learning and development workshops.
- Build connections through networking and social events.
- Support your assigned team by preparing reports, conducting research, and analyzing data.
- Develop new ideas and solutions to encourage innovation.
- Manage tasks and collaborate with your team using strong communication and time-management skills.
- Deliver a final presentation to your manager and team regarding your internship experience and learnings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore or junior in a post-secondary program.
- Less than one year of professional experience.
- Ability to work onsite in Memphis, TN for a 10-week full-time summer program (40 hours per week).
- Ability to continue in a part-time capacity (20-30 hours per week) in Memphis, TN until June 2028.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis.
- Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience leading projects or team assignments from planning through execution.
- A history of leadership roles in your community or student organizations.
- Previous internship or work experience in hospitality or customer service.
