About the role#
The Hilton corporate summer internship program provides professional experience within a global hospitality company. You will join a Finance Team that manages global activities including financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management. This is a full-time, paid internship running from June 1, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Engage in projects and participate in learning and development workshops.
- Support your assigned team by preparing reports, conducting research, and analyzing data.
- Encourage innovation by helping to develop new ideas and solutions.
- Collaborate with your manager and team to deliver a final presentation showcasing your work and experience.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore or junior in a post-secondary program, or less than one year of professional experience.
- Ability to commit to a full 10-week, 40-hour per week schedule on-site.
- Comfort using Excel, reporting tools, analytics platforms, and automation solutions to analyze data.
- Interest or exposure to financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, process improvement, and data tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Python.
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Real Estate, or Economics.

- This internship is located on-site at our corporate office in McLean, Virginia.
- The program runs for 10 weeks, starting June 1, 2027, and ending August 6, 2027.
- This position is paid at a rate of $25.00 per hour with a one-time $2,500.00 stipend.
