About the role#
The Seeker Associate Co-op is a four-month internship focused on business operations and data management. You will work within the Modern Sales Co-op team to improve member experiences through hands-on projects and cross-departmental collaboration. This role provides exposure to product, pricing, inventory, and marketing functions while offering mentorship from industry professionals.
What you'll do#
- Contact vendors to manage Seeker Data for new product numbers.
- Review existing data to find gaps and optimize current listings.
- Obtain and verify Seeker Data to improve listing quality.
- Maintain file tracking systems and report on data completeness.
- Run error reports, track submissions, and resolve technical issues.
- Upload data and images as needed.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an Automotive Business, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related business program.
- Ability to work on-site at the Barrie office 5 days per week.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
- Willingness to learn new data tools and software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with vendors and team members.
