About the role#
This is a four-month co-op position for the Fall 2026 term. You will gain hands-on experience in business operations by working with internal departments and external vendors. The role provides exposure to inventory management, marketing, and sales support within the automotive after-market industry.
What you'll do#
- Collect and organize data for the online catalogue.
- Assist with the development, editing, and finalization of marketing materials, including sell sheets and promotional campaigns.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and report variances to vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure product orders arrive on schedule.
- Manage the vendor return process, including creating purchase orders, requesting return authorizations, and tracking credit memos.
- Conduct market research and prepare reports for the leadership team.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a business program, such as Automotive Business, Marketing, Economics, or Accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems independently.
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid position.
- The role is based on-site in Ontario, Canada. You will work from the office five days per week.
