About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring a Behavior Hero Fellow to provide one-on-one ABA services. This position is part-time and based in Wallace, Nebraska. We are looking for individuals who can commit to a 6-month term.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community settings.
- Implement skill-building and care plans directly with clients.
- Record session data using electronic devices.
- Create a positive learning environment and communicate with client families.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Current RBT certification is required before you start work.
- A calm demeanor and the ability to remain patient and compassionate in challenging situations.
- A willingness to learn and work with children who have Autism.

- The role is located in Wallace, Nebraska.
- This is an on-site, part-time position.
- The role is paid and follows a rolling start schedule.

Heartland ABA provides personalized, at-home therapy for children and young adults on the autism spectrum. The organization serves individuals between 18 months and 21 years of age. Based in Omaha, Nebraska, the company operates as a privately held entity. It employs between 11 and 50 people.
