About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring for the Future RBT / Behavior Hero Fellow position in Saint Louis. This role focuses on providing one-on-one ABA services to clients. You will work as part of our clinical team to support children with Autism. This is a part-time position that requires a 6-month commitment.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
- Use evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
- Implement skill-building and care plans directly with clients.
- Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
- Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification is required before you start working.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
- A willingness to learn.
- A desire to make a difference for children with Autism.
