About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring for the Future RBT / Behavior Hero Fellow position in Saint Louis, Missouri. This role is part-time and focuses on providing direct support to children with Autism. We offer paid training for those starting out, and we look for candidates who can commit to the role for at least six months.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions.
- Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
- Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
- Foster a positive learning environment and connect with client families.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification, which is required before starting work.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
- A willingness to learn and a focus on helping children with Autism.
- Backgrounds in education, childcare, youth mentorship, or healthcare support are helpful but not required.

- Work modality: On-site in client homes or community-based locations.
