About the role#
Heartland ABA is looking for individuals to join our team as a Future RBT or Behavior Hero Fellow. This role is for those interested in providing one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism. You will work in client homes or community-based settings. We are looking for candidates who can commit to this position for at least 6 months. All positions start as part-time.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
- Use evidence-based interventions to support client independence and positive behavior.
- Implement skill-building and care plans directly with clients.
- Record session data using electronic devices.
- Maintain a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
- Work as a member of our clinical team.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- An RBT certification, which is required before you begin working.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
- A willingness to learn and an interest in supporting children with Autism.
