About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship program based in Chicago, Illinois, or Richardson, Texas. You will work with a mentor and manager to support data and analytics solutions. The role involves hands-on project work, research, and cross-functional collaboration. At the end of the program, you will present your project results and recommendations to department leadership.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the development, integration, testing, and maintenance of data and analytics solutions.
- Monitor defect resolution to ensure production and operational readiness.
- Manage your own deadlines and project components.
- Analyze data, conduct research, and develop recommendations for business decisions.
- Recommend process improvements and support departmental initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate progress to management.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all compliance policies, including HIPAA and corporate integrity standards.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program, specifically as a rising senior.
- Major in computer science, computer information science, or management information systems. Other majors may be considered.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Ability to commit to the full 10-week program.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
- Skills in data collection, cleaning, and preparation.
- Knowledge of basic data structures and entry-level data tools like BI or database platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Access, and basic SQL.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
- Previous internship experience is preferred.

- Schedule: Full-time, 10-week program.
- Modality: Hybrid (minimum of three days per week in the office).
- Compensation: $19.13 - $34.17 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
