About the role#
This co-op position supports the Customer Service and Channel Operations (CS/CO) organization within the Johnson & Johnson Deliver Group. You will work on digital strategies and analytics projects while gaining experience with operational tools and supply chain processes. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Support data collection, validation, and management across CS/CO functions, including order management and distribution.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
- Manage the data infrastructure that supports daily operations and strategic decision-making.
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate on ad hoc analytics requests and document data workflows to ensure integrity.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
What you'll need#
- A strong interest in data analysis, digital tools, and supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of basic data analysis or visualization tools.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Eagerness to learn new systems, data methodologies, and process improvement techniques.
- Current enrollment in a degree program related to Computer Science, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.
- Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for future visa sponsorship.
- Preferred: Experience with SQL, Python, ERP systems like SAP, or cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Preferred: Previous coursework or projects related to data analytics or supply chain management.

- The position is a hybrid, full-time role.
