About the role#
This is a paid 10-week summer internship program based in New York. You will join the Life Product Development team to gain experience within the financial services industry. The program runs from May 27, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to the development of new individual life products.
- Participate in the cross-functional product development process.
- Support the life product management life cycle through specific projects.
- Learn about the company suite of offerings, values, and purpose.
- Collaborate with mentors and team members to develop your professional skills.
- Build a network of colleagues across the organization.
- Analyze data and ask questions to understand business facts.
What you'll need#
- Current junior status with an expected graduation date of May 2028.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- A consumer-focused mindset and a drive to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
