About the role#
This internship offers an immersion into the multifamily construction industry. You will gain hands-on experience working on multimillion-dollar projects. As an in-house general contractor, we focus on open communication, quality, and attention to detail. This is a paid, full-time summer program.
What you'll do#
- Support the project team with site management, subcontractor coordination, and inspections.
- Manage project controls, including document management, submittals, requests for information, change management, and quality control.
- Attend and participate in project planning meetings.
- Help the preconstruction team with quantity take offs, bid packages, soliciting bids, and preparing estimates.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and project management skills.
- Ability to track, report, and manage multiple priorities.
- A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

- Compensation: $25 per hour.
