About the role#
This internship is an 8-10 week experience based in Saint Louis. You will gain exposure to real estate and development by working on active projects. This position is on-site and full-time.
What you'll do#
- Assist with project due diligence, including market research and preliminary budgeting.
- Track development schedules and update timelines for key milestones.
- Coordinate and gather bids for pre-construction activities.
- Support permit applications and organize documentation for approvals.
- Contribute to project reporting and participate in team meetings.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to approach problems logically and creatively.
- You are energetic, resourceful, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
