About the role#
The 2026 Greif Foundation Intern will participate in the Greif Early Career Program, gaining corporate experience through project-based assignments. This role focuses on supporting the foundation's community investment efforts, grant administration, and stakeholder engagement. Interns will have the opportunity to shadow foundation professionals and potentially present project outcomes to senior leadership.
What you'll do#
- Support the administration and coordination of foundation grant processes and community sponsorship activations.
- Engage with nonprofit organizations to support community impact initiatives and volunteer programs.
- Assist in planning and executing grant announcement events, volunteer activities, and community engagement opportunities.
- Prepare internal and external communications, presentations, and materials related to foundation and community investment programs.
- Build professional relationships with nonprofit leaders, community stakeholders, and internal business partners.
- Track campaign performance metrics and assist in developing event summaries, ROI analyses, and impact reports.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program with at least one full academic year of undergraduate study completed.
- Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in marketing, journalism, communications, business, or a related field.
- Ability to work part-time.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
