About the role#
Greenheck Group hires Engineering Co-ops to work in Schofield, Wisconsin. This is a full-time, paid position available for terms in Winter, Summer, or Fall 2027. You will work on-site and gain experience in one of several functional areas, including test, manufacturing, product, or application engineering.
What you'll do#
- Build prototypes, conduct tests, and document results.
- Support daily production by creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures.
- Design, test, and oversee the production of new and existing products.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve products and develop training materials.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program for Mechanical, Industrial, Technology, Manufacturing, or Applied Engineering.
- Graduation date within the next 3 semesters or less.
- Experience working with basic hand tools.
- Experience with 3D modeling software.

- Compensation: $22.00 to $28.00 per hour.
