About the role#
As a Finance Transformation Intern, you will work with our advisory professionals to help clients improve their finance and operations functions. You will focus on process optimization, reporting, and designing sustainable models that meet business needs. This role involves analyzing financial data and supporting project teams to deliver effective solutions for our clients.
What you'll do#
- Assess client finance operations and processes to identify transformation opportunities aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Support project teams in helping clients work toward their long-term business goals and strategic priorities.
- Assist with analyzing client challenges and contribute to the development of effective solutions.
- Participate in client meetings and support day-to-day project activities and client communications.
- Collaborate with team members to help identify and address client questions, issues, and needs.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Experience in data analysis, including the ability to interpret complex financial datasets.
- Basic understanding of Close-the-books, Chart-of-Accounts, Treasury, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Financial Benchmarking.
- Demonstrated digital fluency through the effective use of technology, data, and basic AI technologies.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

- Location: Charlotte, North Carolina.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid (requires in-person attendance at least three days per week at a firm office or client site).
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
