About the role#
As a Customer Transformation Intern, you will work with our Advisory professionals to solve complex business problems. You will support clients by assessing marketing and sales investments, understanding customer experience drivers, and developing strategies for new markets. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to value creation strategies within a professional services environment.
What you'll do#
- Manage ambiguous and unstructured business problems.
- Construct pragmatic frameworks to develop long-term business strategies.
- Collect and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights.
- Define and evaluate customer and brand strategies based on market and competitive drivers.
- Communicate complex ideas and concepts clearly to stakeholders in written and verbal formats.
- Partner with team members to deliver on engagement goals.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Demonstrated digital fluency, including the use of technology, data, and basic AI tools.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and meet tight deadlines.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
- Intellectual curiosity and a motivation to grow professionally.
Location & details#
- Location: Arlington, Virginia.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid (requires in-person attendance at least three days per week at a firm office or client site).
- Compensation: $40.00 per hour.
