This is a paid, full-time Manufacturing Engineering Internship for the Fall 2026 term. Interns will work as a member of the manufacturing engineering team to support the design and development of products used in Fluid Handling systems. You will contribute to projects that impact the business and participate in initiatives that drive product development.
What you'll do#
- Participate in new product development, including analyzing competitive products, creating detailed design drawings, and conducting lab and field testing.
- Analyze designs against applicable standards such as SAE and UL.
- Utilize engineering analysis tools and techniques, such as Finite Element Analysis.
- Review instruction manuals and product literature.
- Assist in standard product support activities, including analyzing and writing Engineering Change Orders.
- Troubleshoot product problems within the manufacturing area.
- Maintain and develop technical knowledge regarding Graco product lines, operational systems, and quality management standards.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma.
- Completion of at least the second year of an Engineering program (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Physics) or Business Administration.
- Strong mechanical or electrical aptitude.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Pay Range: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour.
