The Sales Intern role focuses on generating sales growth for Contractor Equipment products through a demonstration and education-based approach. This position is intended for sophomore and junior-level students pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a technical field. The role involves working closely with field sales and distribution staff to convert leads into sales within the assigned market.
What you'll do#
- Grow sales in the assigned market by targeting end-users using provided database resources.
- Conduct effective, hands-on demonstrations of select Graco equipment.
- Implement marketing programs as required.
- Maintain a database of all daily activities, including hands-on demonstrations and sales leads.
- Coordinate activities with local sales staff to ensure timely lead conversion.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field.
- Hands-on, physical work experience, with a preference for painting experience.
- Evidence of mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of paint coatings.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to perform hands-on equipment demonstrations.
- Ability to travel within the assigned geography.

- Compensation: Paid position ($21.00 - $28.00 per hour).
