About the role#
This is a 12-week paid, full-time summer internship for 2027. You will work on-site at our home office in Wyoming, Michigan. The program focuses on hands-on experience through projects, mentorship, and professional development workshops. You will work directly with the Strategy and Profit Revenue Management team to support business operations and strategy.
What you'll do#
- Identify and implement cross-departmental optimization opportunities, reporting, tools, and automation.
- Build analytical tools, loss revenue trackers, and pricing reports to prevent revenue leakage and guide pricing strategy.
- Support major enterprise projects, including SAP transitions, vendor collaborations, and sales enablement resources.
- Partner with Revenue Management, Sales, Finance, and Operations to present strategic proposals to leadership.
- Use and develop intelligent systems to deliver real-world business impact.
- Participate in mentorship, job shadowing, and community stewardship efforts.
- Develop professional skills through workshops on communication and presentation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Data Science, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (with emphasis on Supply Chain or Operational Finance), Economics, or Marketing (Research/Strategy).
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
