About the role#
This is a 12-week paid internship based at our home office. You will join the Bid Analyst team to support our operations across North America. The program provides hands-on experience through projects that impact our business. You will work alongside industry professionals, participate in a mentorship program, and shadow different roles across the organization to explore potential career paths. Our team treats AI as a core collaborator, and you will gain experience using intelligent systems to drive business results.
What you'll do#
- Review bid items to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and adherence to guidelines.
- Manage item transitions, inventory, system updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Verify freight charges against agreements and standards.
- Support audits to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
- Resolve billing differences with suppliers and internal teams.
- Assist in planning the Education Showcase at food shows and K12 events.
- Monitor K12 trends to create business solutions and deliver presentations on key education topics.
- Participate in workshops to develop personal and professional skills.
- Engage in community and stewardship efforts.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate across departments.
