About the role#
The HR team is looking for a student to support HR Analytics and the Global Compensation team. You will work cross-functionally with HR Centers of Excellence to improve existing processes and help develop global Total Rewards programs. This role is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with HR team members and business stakeholders to complete a project with global business impact.
- Share reporting, insights, and feedback with the HR leadership team.
- Analyze compensation and benefits datasets to provide HR analytics that support positive employee outcomes.
- Assist with salary and competitive compensation benchmarking.
- Support Total Rewards activities, including open enrollment and employee communications.
- Participate in professional development and networking opportunities.
- Perform all tasks in a safe manner while supporting Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security requirements.
What you'll need#
- At least a sophomore standing at the time of application.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, International Business, or a related field.
- A minimum 3.0 overall GPA and good academic standing.
- English fluency in both written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Interest in using AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline workflows.
- Project management skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Prior internship or co-op experience and demonstrated leadership experience are preferred.
