    About the role#

    This internship provides exposure to the wealth and investment management businesses within the Endowments & Foundations team. You will work alongside managers and specialists to support various business activities. The program lasts 10 weeks from June to August 2027 and includes networking events, a final project, and volunteer opportunities.

    What you'll do#

    • Support a wide range of daily activities and perform professionally.
    • Develop foundational skills in sourcing, prospecting, and client development.
    • Gain experience in a specific area of focus within the business.
    • Work collaboratively with team members while maintaining a professional standard.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program as a rising senior, graduating between May 2028 and December 2028.
    • Preference for Business Administration majors, though other majors are welcome.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Strong communication skills and a desire to work in a client-facing environment.
    • Ability to analyze data and complete detailed work accurately under pressure.
    • Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
    • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
    • Work Modality: Hybrid, with at least four days per week in the office.
    • Term: Summer 2027 (10 weeks).
    • Compensation: $30 per hour.
