About the role#
Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Product Pricing Analytics Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid internship based in Atlanta, Georgia. You will work alongside a team of analysts, managers, and scientists to provide financial insights and reporting for pricing and merchandising leaders. This program is designed as a cohort experience, allowing you to build connections with other interns while gaining hands-on experience.
What you'll do#
- Measure and analyze pricing performance, profitability, and category health.
- Develop and support price elasticity models and pricing analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the Pricing, Merchandising, and Finance teams to provide business insights and reports.
- Create data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision-making and profitable growth.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a rising junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated leadership experience.
- A GPA of 3.25 or above is preferred.
- Ability to embody company values, including serving, performing, influencing, respecting, innovating, and working as a team.
- A focus on delivering results and driving customer success through strategic thinking.
Location & details#
- Location: Atlanta, Georgia.
- Modality: This position is on-site.
- Duration: The program runs from May 24, 2027, to July 30, 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
