About the role#
This internship offers a perspective on developing new processes, methods, and technologies for cell and gene therapies. You will work within the Pharmaceutical Technical Cell and Gene Therapy department to support the production of therapeutics at various scales. This is a full-time, paid, 6-month position starting in Winter 2027.
What you'll do#
- Design, execute, and analyze wet-lab experiments.
- Develop production methods and analytical technologies for cell and gene therapeutics.
- Collaborate with scientists and engineers on development activities.
- Own and execute business-critical projects.
- Lead or participate in intern committees to coordinate program events and initiatives.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing or have attained an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in a science or engineering discipline, such as Chemical, Biomedical, or Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or Biology.
- Ability to work effectively as an individual and within multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high degree of adaptive capacity.

- Compensation: This is a paid position with a salary range of $26.00 to $40.00 per hour, plus paid holiday time off. Relocation benefits are not provided.
