About the role#
As a Frost Summer Intern, you will partner with a specific department to contribute directly to its success. You will work alongside mentors and team members on projects to build your skills and professional network. We assign students to departments based on their interests, including areas like Commercial Banking, Investment Services, Capital Markets, Insurance, Internal Audit, Marketing, Treasury Management, and Human Resources.
What you'll do#
- Perform meaningful work to gain experience in the financial industry.
- Attend a weekly Frost Lecture Series to engage with leaders from various lines of business.
- Gain exposure to the full range of services provided by the bank, including brokerage and investments.
- Apply the values of integrity, caring, and excellence to your daily tasks.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in business or an MBA.
- Anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0, which must be confirmed by a transcript.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
