About the role#
The Americas Worldwide Sales Organization Group Sales team supports group business across our global portfolio. As an intern, you will work with a team of global Account Directors to drive group business to our hotels and resorts. This role provides hands-on exposure to luxury hospitality and helps you develop professional and technical skills for your future career.
What you'll do#
- Perform Salesforce updates, account cleanup, and data accuracy checks to keep information organized.
- Assist with the preparation of group sales events, client meetings, and internal calls by managing attendee lists, agendas, and presentation materials.
- Conduct desktop research on accounts, meeting activity, and group opportunities, then summarize findings for the team.
- Maintain shared files, trackers, calendars, and deadline reminders to support daily operations.
What you'll need#
- You are actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- You must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple small assignments at once.

- This internship is based in New York, New York, at the Worldwide Sales Office.
- The position follows a hybrid work model.
- This is a part-time role for the Fall 2026 term, running from September 28, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
- This is a paid internship. We do not provide sponsorship for this role.
