About the role#
Foundant Technologies is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruiting team. You will gain hands-on experience in the full-cycle hiring process. This is a part-time, paid position that offers flexibility through a remote or on-site work model.
What you'll do#
- Conduct candidate screening calls to assess qualifications and fit.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate panels with hiring managers.
- Join discovery calls to clarify role requirements.
- Format and maintain job description templates.
- Source and screen resumes for open positions.
- Maintain spreadsheet trackers for candidate pipelines and recruiting metrics.
- Draft candidate communications and handle day-to-day administrative tasks for the team.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple schedules and tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in recruiting or HR.
- Ability to work independently on a part-time schedule.
