About the role#
NewsBreak is hiring an intern for the Human Resources track of the General Management Rotation Program. This program is designed to develop high potential MBA candidates into future HR leaders. You will receive hands-on exposure to core HR functions, executive mentorship, and guidance from rotation leaders. This experience is customized to match your professional interests with the current objectives of the HR team.
What you'll do#
- Complete a minimum of 2 impactful assignments aligned with key HR objectives.
- Work on personal development plans that drive business results.
- Gain exposure to multiple HR functions, which may include Total Rewards, HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations.
- Build visibility to senior leadership through challenging assignments and mentorship.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an MBA degree at a top-tier program, with an expected graduation in 2026 or 2027.
- Minimum of 3 years of prior business experience, such as investment banking, strategic consulting, or HR consulting.
- Excellent business sense, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data, distill trends, and provide principled recommendations.
- Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain executive presence.
- Passion for innovative technologies and artificial intelligence.
