About the role#
NewsBreak is hiring an intern for the Human Resources track of our General Management Rotation Program. This role is designed for high potential MBA students who want to develop into future HR leaders. You will receive hands-on experience and executive mentorship to prepare for key HR roles.
What you'll do#
- Complete at least two impactful assignments that align with core HR objectives.
- Work on personal development plans that drive business results.
- Gain exposure to multiple HR functions, such as Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations.
- Interact with senior leadership and receive guidance from a Senior HR Executive Sponsor.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a top-tier MBA program with an expected graduation in 2026 or 2027.
- At least 3 years of prior business experience in fields like strategic consulting, investment banking, or HR consulting.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and business sense.
- Ability to analyze data, distill trends, and offer principled recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with executive presence.
- Interest in artificial intelligence and modern technology.
Location & details#
- Location: Mountain View, California.
- Modality: On-site.
- Pay: $35 to $55 per hour.
- Status: Full-time internship with rolling start dates.
