As a Client Support Intern, you will join the Client Success department to help manage day-to-day client needs. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with software products while working alongside a team of students and early-career professionals. You will develop professional communication skills and technical problem-solving abilities within the philanthropic technology sector.
What you'll do#
- Support day-to-day client needs by answering questions and troubleshooting issues.
- Apply technical curiosity to find effective solutions using internal software tools.
- Engage professionally with clients via phone, chat, and email.
- Collaborate with a supportive team of students and early-career professionals.
- Gain hands-on experience with the full suite of software products.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited academic program.
- Ability to commit to 20+ hours per week.
- Willingness to commit to a service term of 9 months or longer.
- Coursework or interest in Accounting, Computer Science, or Communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
