About the role#
Join the Talent Acquisition team at LVT for a Summer 2026 internship. This role provides hands-on experience within a high-growth software development company. You will work directly with recruiters and hiring managers to support day-to-day operations, master hiring processes, and contribute to the growth of the organization.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate interviews across multiple functions, time zones, and calendars.
- Manage candidate communication to ensure an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate data, notes, and tracking within the Workday ATS.
- Prepare candidate materials, interview packets, and process documentation.
- Support sourcing efforts by identifying talent through LinkedIn and job boards.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site at the American Fork headquarters at least 30 hours per week.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A detail-oriented mindset and a naturally warm, professional communication style.
- A proactive, curious approach and a willingness to assist the team wherever needed.
