About the role#
Fischer Homes is offering a full-time Summer 2027 internship for students interested in new home sales. You will work alongside an Elite Coach to learn our sales process and gain hands-on experience working directly with homebuyers. This role requires working weekends, with two consistent weekdays off.
What you'll do#
- Partner with an Elite Coach to learn the sales process and assist with homebuyer interactions.
- Manage community models and market homes to ensure they remain effective sales tools.
- Complete internal Sales eLearning courses and a full practice demonstration of the sales process.
- Research competitors to identify and understand our unique selling features.
- Help coordinate Realtor and community events.
- Participate in prospecting calls alongside your mentor.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor degree program for Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to handle shifting priorities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

- Compensation: This is a paid position.
- Physical requirements: You must be able to walk on uneven terrain at construction sites, climb stairs and ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. The role involves exposure to various weather conditions and requires the use of protective gear like hard hats and steel-toed shoes.
