About the role#
Fischer Homes offers a full-time co-op and internship program for students interested in the construction industry. You will work alongside an Elite Coach to learn the new home sales process. This role involves direct interaction with homebuyers and requires a commitment to working weekends, with two consistent weekdays off.
What you'll do#
- Learn the sales process by working one-on-one with homebuyers and your Elite Coach.
- Ensure model homes and communities remain in top condition to serve as sales tools.
- Complete internal sales eLearning courses and perform a full demonstration of the sales process.
- Research competitors to identify and understand our unique selling features.
- Coordinate Realtor and community events.
- Conduct prospecting calls.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program for Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Ability to work as a self-starter.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including walking on uneven terrain at construction sites, climbing stairs or ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and wear required safety gear like hard hats and steel-toed shoes.
