About the role#
Fischer Homes is seeking a New Home Sales Consultant for a co-op or internship position. You will work alongside an Elite Coach to learn the home sales process while gaining hands-on experience in the construction industry. This is a full-time, paid opportunity available during the Fall 2026, Winter 2027, or Summer 2026 terms.
What you'll do#
- Learn the Fischer Homes sales process by working one on one with homebuyers and your Elite Coach.
- Ensure our communities, model homes, and market homes are maintained as effective sales tools.
- Complete required Sales eLearning courses, including a full practice demonstration of the sales process.
- Conduct prospecting calls alongside your coach.
- Visit competitor sites to understand our unique selling features.
- Coordinate community and Realtor events.
- Note that this role requires working weekends, with two consistent weekdays off.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- A self-starter mindset with a focus on results.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking on uneven terrain, climbing stairs or ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Comfort working in various weather conditions and environments, including active construction sites.
