About the role#
The 2D Design Intern will join our creative team to support the development of brand assets and project collateral. You will work alongside senior designers to refine your skills and contribute to real client initiatives. This role is open to current students, recent graduates, or those transitioning into a new career path.
What you'll do#
- Assist with design projects by building out suites of branded assets.
- Research design trends and competitor visuals to inform creative work.
- Implement revisions based on feedback from senior designers.
- Organize and maintain our library of creative assets.
- Create social media assets, email banners, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate on image sourcing, photo retouching, and mockup creation.
What you'll need#
- Professional working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines.
- A willingness to learn and accept creative direction.
- Experience in events or experiential marketing is preferred.
- Ability to work with diverse teams and exchange ideas effectively.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship based in New York, New York.
- You must reside in the tri-state area and be able to work from the office 2-3 days per week.
- We do not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
- Pay is $20 per hour for Bachelor's degree candidates and $25 per hour for Master's degree candidates.
