About the role#
This is a full-time, 10-week summer internship within our client relations team. You will gain direct experience in a customer-facing role while receiving mentorship and professional development. This program is designed to help you build skills in financial services and may lead to future full-time opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Shadow experienced associates and listen to live client phone calls.
- Transition to taking calls on your own as you build confidence.
- Manage individual and group projects throughout the summer.
- Network with colleagues and leaders to build professional connections.
- Focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
What you'll need#
- You are a current undergraduate student who will return to school after the summer.
- You have a strong interest in the financial services industry.
- You possess effective communication skills and a genuine desire to help people.
- You can handle a variety of situations, emotions, and conversations while working toward resolutions.
- You are available for the full program dates from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.

- This position is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
- The role is 100% on-site.
- This is a paid internship.
